Exceptional facilitators
don’t rely on one strength,
or a default style.
They respond with a persona or combination of personas
the moment calls for.
What you'll discover as you read the book:

Recognize your natural facilitation strengths

More skillfully shift personas in the moment

Lead challenging sessions with greater confidence

Build trust while navigating complexity

Facilitate with presence
and purpose
WHY THIS BOOK NOW
Most facilitation books focus on tools and techniques.
This one explores who you are in the room.
Part practical guide and reflective framework, it’s
also part manifesto for the future of facilitator
development. The Five Personas of Facilitation
invites a shift: from TRANSACTIONAL
to TRANSFORMATIONAL.

On a Personal Note...
Hello and welcome,
I appreciate you being here and I’d like to share a bit of what inspired me to write the book.
I believe that facilitation is more than a professional skill. It is a discipline. An art. A form of self-expression. A practice of presence in service of others. And for me, it’s also turned out to be a kind of love story.
For more than 25 years, I’ve poured my heart into helping leaders, facilitators, and teams show up with greater presence, precision, and purpose. The Five Personas grew from years of coaching and experimentation, and uncovering powerful patterns in how exceptional facilitators respond to what’s needed in a particular moment.
This book distills what I’ve learned into practical tools that you can use immediately. I’m excited for you to read it, and to continue the conversation.
With love,
